About
Solo Beatles Studios
This site is an ongoing research project into the world of recording studios and gear of the solo Beatles years. Specifically the studios of George Harrison, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr.
This page's existence is a testament to the fact that the music made by John, Paul, George, & Ringo crossed into the realm of art that has true historical importance. The tools and techniques used to make much of this history are still in many ways uncatalogued in any meaningful way (at least publicly).
Solo Beatles Studios is my attempt to pay tribute to the music I love so much by providing research free to anyone who is interested in it. I hope that I have honored John, Paul, George, and Ringo and helped to spread their message of peace and love. It is in that spirit that I present this website.
Note: This website is unofficial and not affiliated with The Beatles, Apple Corps, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, or the estates of John Lennon or George Harrison.
